So I was checking out the mods page trying to find something I could do to my truck that wouldn't cost much. I just got done with the BL & tires so I figured I better not push a big ticket item on the wife. Came across the seat mod and remembered my wife saying she feels like she's sitting on the floor when she gets in my CC.
So for $20.00, I raised the seats. I gotta tell ya, it may sound like a silly mod and I don't know if anybody else out there has tried it but it's pretty cool! Takes a little getting used to, but it's cool!
It was a real easy task. But I did end up having the same problems as described in the instructions from the mods page. Those Torx bolts were a bit of a bear and I endend up stripping one myself. Took me an HOUR to get that one bolt out!!!
Anyway, I'm satisfied for another week. Then I'll be looking for something else to do to my wonderful CREW!

When I got my CC I thought that the seats felt low (compared to the ZR2 I traded) and if the CC stock seats sit as low as the lowest setting on the power seats then I totally agree. After a couple days like that I finally checked out my owner's manual and messed with my power seats to raise 'em up
