What I think the technical service bulletins are is a report of problems experianced and reported by owners.

I think by law the manufacturer must make it public, and I think the NHTB gets involved.

These TSB reports don't neccesarily mean your particular vehicle will be effected, but it is good to look at the TSBs, and see if you have a problem, and have it fixed under warranty.
