get the guy to send you the part numbers on the arms and add-a-leaf -- this is the superlift kit that this guy is selling.

you cna cross reference the part #'s online on Superlift's application guide, but according to the guide the parts are different. Even the add-a leaf.

plus you can buy the kit for your truck for about $800 new.

35's on your crew without SFA? Not likely...unless you want to remove the fenders and bed. :)

SFA is really the only option...unless you want to do the TS 7" lift and 2" BL that highroller did, but I think that will still only clear 33's easily.

It will be hard to do since our wheel wells are only 31"-32" wide.

Yep -- this blazer has the 5 inch trailmaster and 2 inch PA bodylift and is running a 33.

no way a 35 would fit under it.

Im sure HR could clear then new swamper MT 34s. I could fit a 32 when I had my 6" TS (5" lift 1 t bar, and hellwing 550s in the rear)

You really need to sit up high over you tires to clear clear anything bigger then a 33. And unless you sit up even higher then I did, you wouldnt want to do heavy off raoding. It's hard to stuff a anything bigger then a 33 in our wheel wells. The reason im sitting this much higher then I did on 35s was a misstake. I was only suppose to be another 4"s higher and clear 37s better then I did 35s. But now I can clear 42s maybe even 44s but theres no way I would be able to flex well with tires that big. Maybe if you got bump stops and had nothing but down travel in your suspension. Plus theres no way your front end could hold 35s, and you would have serious power problems. You could get a SC but then your tranny wouldnt hold. They dont make 4.56 gears for our trucks any more becasue the teeth are so fine they strip out very fast. But I had 4.11 gears with 35s (like arch) and it did ok.

Sfa is going to run you about 6800 with wheels and tires, and prolly only about 3500 for the 7" lift, BL, wheels and tires. Is it really worht the that much more money to go from a 33 or 34 to a 35?

Blazer

Post by Brad »

The rims on the blazer in the photo look larger than 15 inch. Anybody know what they are? I am asking cause I am hoping to get the TM lift in March. My 265/70/17s rub like crazy now with the t bars maxed and halfshafts leaking. Is the TM lift a true 5 inches or 4 with a t crank?

I saved that pic from blazerowners forum a long time ago--never could get in touch with the owner.

If I rememebr right they were 17's wityh the 17" equivalent of 33's -- it's remotely possible they're 19's --but I dont think so.

I know Paul(QB) has had great success with his 5 inch TM lift. His truck is an 01 and mine an 02. Will that make any problems for my installer when they put my lift on? Any comments?
