Windshield replacement gone wrong
So the other day i was on the highway and a minivan shoots a rock at my windshield and cracked it. I take it into ABRA body shop to get it replaced and it was only going to take 4 hours and i should of had my truck back the same day. Well what should of took 4 hours is going to take 1 week to fix. when they were cutting off the windshield molding they cut through my dashboard. It was not just a minor cut, it was cut all the way through. the cut was 12" long. The worst thing is that they wanted to fix it and not replace it.

Man that bites! Those windshield saws can do some serious damage in the hands of an amateur. I have seen cuts into the pillars and top that were unforgivable. Left untreated and rotting out. Sad.
Make darn sure they primer everything and fix it right. Stuff like that should never happen.
You may need to find a glass shop with more expertise.

Sounds like they hired a hack for a cutter or he/she was having a VERY bad day.
