When changing rear pads, are there any pins that need grease like when changing the front ?

Yes, the rear pins need to be greased with synthetic brake caliper lube.
The rear pins are 2 piece so you need a wrench and socket to remove them.
Inspect the boots for cracks or tears and replace if you see any signs of damage.

Good idea anytime you do the brakes, to go ahead and get the hardware kit too, the good ones have all the pins, boots and seals you need.
