Question 'bout Cap & Rotor

Post by Rockrz »

Does anyone know WHERE I can buy a dist cap and rotor with copper contacts for my '96 S-10 4.3L X VIN Code engine?

I looked up the part numbers in AC Delco, and they are:
Rotor - ACDELCO Part # D465
Cap - ACDELCO Part # D328A

Is this the same part numbers on the newer trucks?

I was kinda hoping to be able to buy these from somewhere that I know I'm going to get copper contacts, even though it may not be an AC Delco part.

Copper is not used for distributor caps on late model vehicles. Brass has been used with success.
