All that I can tell you is that most Jeepers won't run those heim joints on a DD unless it's on a track bar. Alot of the aftermarket heims are rebuildable and those don't appear to be.

I run heim joints on the rear suspension of my SS, but I would not recommend them on a DD.
Those tie rod upgrade kits are cool, but I think they are more for the full size trucks than ours, although I'm sure they could make them work for the S-Series.
Those kits are also very expensive.
You would have to beat the hell out of your truck to start bending tie rods.
The main problem I see with this kit is where the impact force will now be transmitted.
I would rather have a bent tie rod than a bent or broken center link, idler arm, or spindle.
All of these parts are more expensive than a tie rod.
