tailight problem

everything works fine with the lights off. when I turn the lights on, the right brake light doesnt work and the turn signal blinks quicker than normal. Also the right side license plate light goes out when I hit the brake. thought it was a bulb at first until I noticed the plate light. what? is this a relay problem? a short somewhere?

Check the fuse, the bulb and look for a bad ground.

No rear turn signal ( SOLVED !!)
