ZR5 to ZR2

ZR5 to ZR2
I recently bought a 04 ZR5 C.C. and would like to knwo if anyone knows how one can get it up like a ZR2. I do not want to crank the T.B. as this put the drive axles at a bad angle. I would like to use the factory parts , I just dont know what the changes were on the ZR2. I think an extra leaf in the rear , and maybe different spindals in front ?? I would like some feedback on this if anyone knows.

If you do a search you will find many lift options that several members have done. To get the ZR5 to look like a ZR2, the cheapest way would be to get a body lift ($200), wheel spacers ($50 to $100), and some 30 or 31 inch tall tires ($350+). Here's mine with a 2" body lift, 30" tires, rear spacers, and 2" lift shackles on the rear. I never turned the torsion bars.

As I re-read your first post, I think you may be asking what parts would be taken from the ZR2 and placed on your truck to make it similar to the ZR2. It's not that easy, otherwise it would have been done already. There's several posts that have comparisons between the two trucks.
