I have noticed that my weather stripping at the base of the window has started to raise. I keep putting it back in place but a few days later it is back up.
What is the proper way to fix this? Should I use some adhesive?

Adhesive will work. Make sure it is not too long and popping up when it expands. I trimmed my front ones down a little so they don't push back so hard.
