Why would you need these if you can crank the t-bars without them? I've seen these for full size rigs but this is the first time I've seen them for our trucks.

That is the 2" lift , except you do not get the a-arms to correct the camber.
They just allow you to turn the bars further than otherwise would be possible.

They have been aftermarket and have sporadically appeared for the S/T series but, really not recommended without the suspension type lifts for our trucks. I am sure that you will get more input shortly.
