Are the door lock actuators on the CC riveted to the inside of the door or are they bolted?? I suspect mine is going out on the passenger side...I have replaced several of them on different GM vehicles and many are riveted on rather than bolted on. Just wondering if anyone knows...I really dont want to tear the doorcard off until I replace the actuator, otherwise I would just look for myself.
Thanks!

Glancing at the manual they appear to be the same as the Silverado. The mechanism is part of the latch assembly.
They do bolt in

Good...drilling/grinding those rivets out can get a little messy some times. Thanks for looking in to it, did you see that in an owner manual or one of the chassis or body service manuals?HenryJ wrote:Glancing at the manual they appear to be the same as the Silverado.
