Lots of places carry the SS bowtie. It is a red outline with a black center.

They run about $30 from GM, IIRC

Check stylinconcepts, truckperformance center, etc.

EDIT: I couldn't find one aftermarket?!?

Here's one on ebay- SS Bowtie $16.99 :D

I just went to a local sign shop and they gave me a scrap piece of red vinyl. I laid that over my emblem and used a razor blade to trim off the excess. Turned out pretty good! I'll post a pic if you'd like, but it's a "solid" red emblem now. Not outlined like the SS badging.

(BTW, my CC is red, that's why I went with the red emblem.)

If you are interested, i can look for mine. I have one for a 2003 blazer that i installed for about a day and them took it off, i personally didn't like the contrast on my truck. Let me know if you are interested. thanks.

p.s.
i think my emblem only works on 98 and newer s-10 based vehicles.

Is the emblem just held on with adhesive? Or does it bolt on?

There are a couple plastic studs that exit the rear of the emblem to attach it to the grille.
