From the artists rendition , I'd say that Glassworks fenders will allow the use of 33's.

I doesn't, I just "keyed in" on the word "prerunner style" and the drawing (artists rendition) , which seems to show bulged front fenders much like Glassworks builds.

It was just a guess!
