Hoods

Lets list some of the available hoods.
I have a Gen 1 cowl induction hood made by Goodmark

It is made of steel, as are these which are also made by Goodmark Industries.

how good are those? How much was yours and painted? Ive heard you have to get a frame to bolt on the bottom of that too.

The Goodmark hoods are genuine GM restoration parts builders (that's where GM goes to get a new hood for a Z28 or SS) , so quality is very good.

Mine ran about $450 painted (IIRC)

The hood just needs your latch and spring, the underside is exactly like your stock hood, everything bolts on.
