Won't start *solved (bad starter)
2003 s10 CC 4wd 4.3l, been having problems not wanting to start now it won't start at all. Only code I get is a u1041, other codes I had were for an air sensor and O2 sensor. I've done some searching and will make sure the ground to the ebcm is good at g110. Any thing else I can check before I haul this off to the dealership.

Check the basics. Ignition (plugs, cap, rotor) , fuel ( pressure, filter )

Re: Won't start u1041
U1041???? Haven't heard of that one before. My manual lists B, C, and P codes but no U codes. The last time I had a no start condition with my cc it was cap/rotor problem. They were near new but obviously shorting out cylinder to cylinder as the engine acted like the cap was wet and cross-firing. Replaced both with AC Delco and no problems since.
