I would like to know more about these and if they are really worth the price?! Does anyone have this on there truck?!

I don't think anyone here is gullible enough to even try one.
Save your money. They do not work. The Vortec engine design already swirls the fuel charge.
Perhaps in a very old inefficient carbureted engine you might see some value? I would still be skeptical.
