Tried doing a search, but not much luck, may have used wrong keywords.

Anyone tried this ?

I don't think anyone here has tried it. Personally , I don't think it would be durable enough to look good for very long.
Some have powder coated their wheels. That is an option.

I had mine sand blasted and powder coated. Cost was $200 canadian. I'll see if I can link a pic.
