extrange noise under truck

my 2001 s-10 crew cab 4x4 is making a extrange noise down under, when i go out of mi garage or goes in on a high parkin lot , i mean a little high movement makes a noise down under the truck already check the front and rear suspension by a mechanic so the problem is that not all the time makes noise, sound like if screw the torsion bar or ungrease arm control, i dont't know, so anybody happens something like this?
