I am a new member, and this is my first post. Just an FYI...
There is a 4 page article on Superlift's 6 inch S10 kit on a S10 crew cab in the August issue of Off Road Enthusiast (ORE). I just picked the magazine up tonight at Walmart in Erie, PA.
The picture of the finished crew looks great. The flares shown are not OEM flares. They look like pocket flares with the bolt hole indentations.
A couple of months ago I bought a black 03 Zr5 crew, and I am considering lifting it.

No idea - I never saw the #2 truck that they did around here either. And that guy lived less than 15 miles away. Superlift is a 10 minute drive from my house - Skyjacker too for that matter.
I do still see Hobie/A2B's CC around about 2-3 times a month.
