Headlights Gone CRAZY!!! *solved* (bad fuse)

Something is going crazy with my headlights.I haven't added or changed anything before this started.Here's my problem;

LOW BEAMS ON:

Drivers side- lowbeam bulb half lit,high beam half lit.
Passenger side- lowbeam brite,highbeam half lit.

HIGH BEAMS ON:

Drivers side- lowbeam bulb half lit,high beam half lit.
Passenger side- lowbeam half lit, highbeam brite.

I have changed every headlight bulb.

any mods? (DRL, AHL, Quad)

What year make and model?

High or low DRL?

Sorry,guess I should have been a little more informative.
My truck is a 2003 and I changed to the projector lenses a year ago.I've checked my wires and plugs around all my lights and no issues.I checked all other exterior lights and all is ok.
I blowed something off as weather related but might be something of the same problem;sometimes when I get out of the truck and I go to shut my door and it shocks the piss out of me.

holy crap.....so ive been having the same problem for the past 3 motnhs with my 2001 cc! i bought the angel eyes projo headlights and they worked fine for about a month and then they go bad....just liek yours. i know its not the headlights or the bulbs becuase i bought it off ebay and the guy sent me a brand new pair for free. i have even switched the bulbs from the passenger side to the driver side and the drivers side works fine. i might have somehow ungrounded the ground wire perhaps? or blown something? some one help us out please

Sounds like a bad ground to me.

It does kind of sound like a bad ground problem.

Do you have highbeam Daytime Running Lights?

The reason I ask is because the HB DRL use a rotating ground for the reduced intensity DRL.

Are your AHL working properly?

Seems like I do recall a case where the bulb was trying to ground through the coating on the reflector assembly. Do you still have the same problems with the reflectors removed and the bulbs lying there carefully ungrounded?

i got highbeam drl......i will try to take my headlighp out and just put in the bulb to check......but i dont think its that becasue it happend with 2 diffrent sets of projo lights

I assume you have checked the power center under the hood for bad fuses, right? There is one for the left headlamp and one for the right headlamp. With either out and the rotating ground , that could cause the issues described.
Check all the fuses. You neve know what might be out and causing conflicts.

If that is all good, try removing the DRL and AHL from the equation. Pull fuses or relays to see if there is a difference.

TADA !!!!!!!!! Now I feel stupid.It was a small 15A fuse under the hood.all's well.Thanks guys for the help.
ejxjohnson - your right side hdl fuse is most likely shot.

haha it was a burnt fuse.....i feel stupid cuz i could of sworn i check that fuse before.....i might of jus checked the drivers fuse on accident......but all in all its fix and it works thanks for your help guys
