Well I installed the b&m shift improver and i'm not impressed at all, the shift firmness only works when very lightly accelerating, and when I get on it, it shift s like normal. If this is all I get i'm going to return it. And I even set it on the harshest position and it didn't make any difference under load but just tooling down the road it would shift hard. Did I not hook it up correctly or is this normal? Any info would be greatly welcomed..

P.S.
I installed it according to the mod page.

Z Cap, Rhino Liner, Zie Bart Total Care Package, Nerf Bars, Wiper Cowl, Bug Deflector, Clear Corner Markers, HD Trans Cooler, 160* Thermostat, Red Neons in the bed, B&M Shift Improver.
well...since all the B&M thing does is trick the computer into increasing the line pressure, which is increased under hard throttle acceleration anyway, I'd say (IMHO) it's pretty much worthless.
To really get shift improvements, you need an HPPIII or an internal shift kit.
