General Grabber AT2 Tires

Post by SlverBulet08 »

Well I am new to making mods on my truck, even though I have had it for 3 years, but I am ready to make some changes. I am looking to put new tires on my truck, and I was thinking about the General Grabber AT2's. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with these tires or if they know anything about them. One of my friends has them on his Dodge Ram and he says they are great tires. I have read some reviews about them from TireRack and most have been positive. Just curious if anyone would have anything else to add. And also if I am staying with the stock suspension set up, what is the tallest tire I could fit with no rubbing?? Thanks.

It seems all of our crew cabs are a little different to rubbing issues. Using your stock wheels 30/9.50x15 will work or have minor rubbing issues.

I am sorry but, I have no experience, nor read about the tires that you are considering.

Hopefully other members will let you know what they know. Is a BL (body lift) considered? I can tell you that the 30s will work without issue the majority of the time with one.

I love those General Grabbers! Got them on the '52 Ford and the tread lasts forever!! I've done countless number of burn outs and the tread lasts so long!! I know that you're not going to be doing crazy burnouts, but this should tell you that they would last for a very long time in normal driving conditions! :)
