Im currently bidding on a GM 6 disc changer to replace my single cd/cassette player. Anyway I have the link 6 disc changer does anyone know if there would be any problems using this model? I would call my dealer but there not open on the weekend so I figured maybe somebody here might know

That should work. My brother's 2003 Crew Cab with the bose speakers had one of those in it. I just replaced mine with an aftermarket unit. I am looking at my old cd player right now and the brackets are in the same place. I believe that it would fit just right.

I thought the brackets looked similiar to the ones on mine currently but couldnt remember since its been over a year since I had it out installing my Xm commander. Thanks for the bit of info :)
