Will these two mods work against each other in any way?

I have both

they will work together if you really need that much lift in the rear. I have both on mine in the front and the rear and there are no bad affects at all.

Only if you have a solid front axle swapped in like he does. :)

ya, you should be able to run add a leafs and shackles without a problem. the only thing that I can think of that would happen is you would probably start topping out your shocks.
