Old style oil pan fit in place of late style cast alum pan??

Old style oil pan fit in place of late style cast alum pan??

Will the older style metal oil pan fit on the later style 4.3? Mine's a 2001 with the late style cast aluminum. Thanks.

If The Stock Steel Pan Would Work You Could Always Call Good 'Ol Dudley Martin & Get A Price :shock: & Part Number Then Go To Gmpartsdirect.com & See How Cheap It Would Be

Well, upon further study, it won't fit. Long story, but I used washers and jb weld to fix temporarily. :lol:
