I thought maybe some of you might be interested in an idea for mounting your Hi-Lift jack. Me and a buddy of mine were making my sliders and found some old 1" round tubing laying around and decided to fabricate a mount for my Hi-Lift. It was already bent at 90 degrees angle so no bending was involved. We welded it together and mounted some brackets on the ends along with some flat steel for the jack and here's what came out.
We painted it with bed coat spray from auto parts store and it turned out good. I'm sure if somone wanted to do the same, all they would have to do is by some 1" conduit and bend it or by some 90 degrees pieces and do the same thing I did. You can't really see it in the pic but we welded on some 3/4 bolts in the flat steel to go through the holes in the jack and then drilled holes in the end of the bolts (one for a lock and one for a cotter pin). Pretty simple and didn't take long. Also, as you can see in my pic, it makes a good place to mount a CB antenna

Jeggers. Not sure what you mean. I have sliders so the jack will lift the truck from there or with a strap, the hitch could be used. Is this what you mean?
