That means a lot coming from you HJ
Don't mean to plagerise but my vision for my truck involves part of Thunder II and KCustoms truck, a couple of pictures of some really nice S-10's that I've seen, plus some idea's of mine own. This is a work in progress, hopefully it will be done sooner than later, (wife willing) Although I must say my wife has been my biggest supporter

Get the ideas where ever you can. I didn't come up with the ideas for my truck all on my own. I steal a good idea anywhere that I can.
There is no way that you could copy any one vehicle, unless you do exactly what that one does. Each has it's own uses.
Mine is a family rig, spends time in the desert. A mud or rock rig would be totally different.
I do think that your truck is looking good There is no doubt now that it is a 4x4
What brand are those side bars?
Tell us some more about that roof rack. It appears to mount to the upper door jamb?

They are Westin Signature series step bars (sound familiar?)What brand are those side bars?
The roof racks are cheap Manny, Moe and Jack (Pep Boys) strap on load bars with Thule ski racks mounted on top. This is temporary for now. There is a pretty good size small truck junk yard over by where I work, I am going to go search around and try to find a roof rack that I like and then restore it.Tell us some more about that roof rack. It appears to mount to the upper door jamb?

Thanks everybody on this site, this is a S-10 CrewCab.com inspired truck. Bubaloo, I had thought about your skid plate as an option for my truck and had gone on your skid plate site and didn't seen anything that you had for my truck. I did not know that you would custom make them for my truck, that might have been an option. It still seems like my skid plate is different than Jeggers as once all my mounts are bolted in it's only 4 bolts to take the skid plate off and unlike KCustom said on his truck, there is no way to get to my oil filter without removing the skid plate. I liked Jeggers idea's of welding the crossbar member bolts. That would have saved me a lot of headaches. Bubaloo, I am really busy working this week but maybe this weekend I can pull the skid plate off and get pictures of the mounts and the skid plate.

hey no worries. yeah i do custom work at request i just dont see the "need" for an actual design yet for the superlift as it comes with one if you want it. yeah if you could take some pics that would be sweet i would lik eto see the design compared to mine. and see if it is improvable for oil access
