APC Racing Seats

well i got the first part of the sound system in today well other than the speakers i mean hardware wise i got my apc racing seat black and blue i think it will be cool to set the inside of my cab in blue then the underbody in red (red sox colors!) but im going to take out the rear horror of a bench seat and get this thing in ill get pics up asap

ok so here come the questions well just one for right now has anybody seen the four (they looki like tie downs) behind our back seat square shape and they look like they are tach'ed on or riveted on its a whole section under the carpet how do i get it off?? i already tried a bfh and no go am i going to have to dremel out every spot?
