I had the same issue on a smaller scale.
1.25" wheel adapters are what I used .That is as small as can be fit and still clear the stock studs.. I have 5" less lift than you , and 1" less tire. I do get a little rub when articulated and wheels turned just right.
There really isn't a good way to add just 3/4" more rearspacing without buying new wheels.
The old slip on studs spacers require longer wheel studs and are a little risky , IMO.

ya, at this point lift isnt going help you not rub on the frame. we all rub 31x10.5 on the frame as it is. you have to get that wheel away from the frame like paul or brule. they ran spacers, i got my tire away from the frame by buying new rims with less bacspacing. 5" instead of 6". so it acts as a 1" spacers. but even then i still rubbed on the frame but it wasnt that bad at all and i usually dont turn at full lock. since my tires were 10.5, then i would say you need to kick them out at least 1" to 1.5", but not too far or you will prollly hit the ole fender rather quickly

Go for wheel adapters, 1.25" minimum thickness to clear the stock studs, 6.5" OD for the contact surface to match the wheels.bubaloo1983 wrote:... just about an inch of wheel spacer...im going to order it ...

bubaloo1983, Why don't you buy the wheels that KCustom is selling and then sell me your stock ZR5 rims?

tires and wheels...
I have tires and wheels if you are interested....Centerline AZTEC 17 x 8 4.5 back spacing and Goodyear Wrangler A/T 275/70 17 all five tires and wheels for $1000. I have over 1500 in them and they have less than 500 miles on the tires and the wheels have never been driven on....
2003 Sonoma Crew Cab, Superlift 6", PA 2" BL, KMC XD Enduros, BF Goodrich 315-70-17s, Powerdyne SC, JBA wires, headers and catback, CAI, Crossdrilled & Slotted rotors, Prerunner bar W/ fogs, bed mount spare, Custom rear buckets...
tire size....
The tires are about 32.5 inches tall and 11 wide...they are called a 33 x 11 but the math says the above....I would think that you would need about 5 to 6 inches of lift or you would need 2 to 3 and cut the fenders....The picture was taken right after the 6 inch SL was installed....no t-bar crank or BL. I am running 35s' with a BL and cut outs

Re: tire size....
to run that BS, you will need at least 5" of lift and then still trim the front fendersKCustom wrote:I would think that you would need about 5 to 6 inches of lift

Assuming your stock wheels are free of any damage (curb rash, scratches etc) I'm going to start the bidding at $300 for the rims.bubaloo1983 wrote: i will have to sell my current tires and wheels

because i may sell my rims i took a good look at them to make sure they would be sellable...i dont want any one to get something crappy or wrecked...so as i was looking, unfortunatly there is one scratch on one of the rims. i think it was my girlfriend that did it :S ( thats it shes cut from driving lol ) therefore it may not be in your interest to purchase them the rest are ok but that one has a nice scratch. i may be able to get a pic up if you would like to show you it. if your just not interested after this info just let me know sorry dude!
