how much power do they give? do you guys think its worth the money? any thoughts on the super charger would be great im trying to decide to buy one or not

I can't speak for the vane blowers that are being used on the 4.3L, but the roots supercharger on the HenryJ is capable of a 100% increase in horsepower at 10% overdriven, running about 10 psi boost. It is awesome.
Pro's-The power is there when ever you want it , just press the go pedal. No lag and tons of bottom end.
Con's- It is a heat pump, everything gets warm (air intake charge, engine), steps have to be taken to avoid detonation.
