rear windows/doors
Does anyone know if there are windows for the rear doors that are not smoked, All i can find is smoked or factory tented windows. I need to find clear windows if possible, I have already called some local glass shops and everyone said the same thing that it was not an option so to find replacements that are clear is impossible

Actually it's probably a carshow thing.....
Go to a big show and you'll notice a lot of the vehicles with no window winting at all, that way the competitors can show off the interior without having to leave the windows down all day.

Badass -- you might want to try and see if the rear doors are the same on the brazillian/south american S-10 crew's -- it's been more of a fleet/work truck down there, and those trucks might have a clear glass option.
Just a thought.

I'm wondering if the big glass is the same as the glass in the rear 4 door blazer. As for the two smaller windows, probably could get them custom cut.
Good Luck,

i thought about that too, but I havent seen any clear glass on a 4 door blazer either -- it was a standard option for factory tinted glass even on base models, and mine is so dark , that I haven't seen the need to tint the windows ont he trucka t all, and I usually run 20 - 35% on all my vehicles.

I've seen a few 4 door blazers with no tint here in NY on DOT county trucks. Granted the blazer/crew plant is here in Linden, NJ.adrenalnjunky wrote:i thought about that too, but I havent seen any clear glass on a 4 door blazer either -- it was a standard option for factory tinted glass even on base models, and mine is so dark , that I haven't seen the need to tint the windows ont he trucka t all, and I usually run 20 - 35% on all my vehicles.

I just saw a 4door blazer and the window looks very very close to our rear window. The small window is def. not the same. There is def. non-tinted windows out there cause fleet vehicles you could get them without tint. The problem will be getting your local glass shop to find it.

I grabbed a tape measure and went and measured the rear glass in my blazer..
These aren't exactmeasurements, and I was measuring outside the truck, from the inside of the black border around the window:
front to bacK
at the bottom window sill it was about 17 3/4"
at the top it was roughly 17 1/2" (My ventshade was in the way
top to bottom:
At the front it was about 17 1/4 to 17 3/8" Ventshade was in the way again
At the back it was about 17 3/4"
Without completely removing the glass I can't say for sure what exact dimensions are. I also can't say if the compound curves of the glass are the same.
Take a 20 inch square of tracing paper to a parking lot, find an unattended 4 door blazer, and go trace you an outline of the window, then cut it out and see if it fits on your truck.
