Is thare any way other than the t-bar twist to raise the front end
Wich is better going with Shackles or the ad a leaf in the rear?

I think Hobie and Mark are thinking you mean minor lift, without using the Trailmaster lift. The TM lift basically drops your whole front end down with spacers. Depending on how you set your t-bars with it, you get up to 5". I think TM figures about 4" with the drop and 1" by t-bar reindexing. It would be possible to set it up to give yourself less than the 5" max by not adjusting up your t-bars.
