Has anyone had a problem with wheelbalance after installing spacers??

Not I -- Truck is fine up to 95+ with them installed on the rear.

Sometimes I feel a very slight vibration at highway speed. Don't know if its the road, tires, or spacers. It's not enough to bother me or make me feel the need to get the tires re balanced.
Just make sure you torque the lug nuts correctly and check them often.
