2003 crew, good price?

I'm looking at a 2003 crew, 3.73 locking diff, CD cass, tow pkg, fog lights, with 13K miles. They want $16,900 plus tax. Decent deal??

I'm not crazy about the color, ruby red. I like dark green the best.

Should I stay away from it if it has the dreaded balance shaft noise?
