Where to get PA 2" BL installed in NJ area?

Post by proroc »

Hi do any of you guys know a business that installs body lifts in the NJ/Philly area? I ordered a PA Lift kit and Daystar shackles for my 97 s-10 4x4 extended cab, and need them installed by a reputable shop. Thanks! If anyone is local and wants to do it, I can pay them also

You should seriously consider doing this yourself...it's not difficult at all. And it will save you around $300-$400 in labor cost. It can be done in a day with fairly basic hand tools and a little help from a friend for the more difficult parts. I think everyone on here with a BL has done it themselves and is glad they did rather than spend the money.

Maybe Paul (quickbiker) would even drive up from Virginia to help you out. :?: :D

I guess I can try to tackle it myself... I just have to find that page you posted about tips for the 2" body lift, so I know what to skip and try and save about 2-3 hours.

I'm planning on doing the body lift myself. If I don't do the suspension
by myself, I'm going to have these guys do it for me.
They're right down the street from Raceway Park in my hometown, Monroe Twp. NJ:

these guys are a little farther from Philly, located in
Stewartsville NJ

I never asked them. The body lift is so easy I'm going to do it.

I did mine today, i started at 11am and broke for pizza then was done at 5pm. A couple friends helped. We used all air tools and a lift. It went smooth and the truck looks great now.
