Rear seat removal?

Just picked up a new to me 2003 CC this week. I'd like to give the interior a good cleaning and that involves me pulling the front and rear seats. Fronts I know just unbolt. But the rear bottom has me a little with the quick glance I gave.

It’s been a while but I think you just yank it up. Let us know what you find out if I’m wrong. Pretty sure I pulled the seat bottom when I ran some wires back in the day.

Rear seat has 2 bolts facing forward when the floor pan comes up vertically.
