rear sliding window

Anyone having any problems with the rear window leaking? I had not ever noticed until this morning, but it was leaking bad. It wasn't raining, just the morning dew on the top of my truck

no but i did have someone brake into my truck through that window though

No, not at all. We've been getting an awful lot of heavy rain here lately and truck's been keepin' nice and dry inside.

Now that you mentioned it... That's something I've been wanting in a pick-up for a long time. Seems that it wouldn't be too difficult to make the entire rear cab window lower remotely. Like they used to have in the back of station wagons. There's all that wasted space behind the seat. Plenty of room for the glass to retract and to mount the motor / lifting arm.

Glad to see it starting to happen, even if not the full rear window, in the Ford Explorer Sport trac. It's a step in the right direction anyway.

The new crew cab toyota tundra will have a full rear glass that goes down.

Now if only I could bring myself to actually buy a foreign truck
