Tailgates

Are our tailgates the same as all S10's or are they different like the beds.
I need to replace mine.

Insurance estimate $850.00, deductable $500.00.
I would like to find one off of a salvaged truck, hopefully the right color. (indigo blue)

Lists the tailgate for the S-10/Sonoma of your year for about $50 bucks. That would be just the tailgate, all hardware would have to be transfered from yours. I have used their parts before, and although they are chineese (what isn't) the seem to work and fit well. There is one in San Diego.

That looks like a good deal, might be a option if I can't find one from a salvage yard. I know a place that painted my hood for under $200.00 that could match the paint.
