Center console rattle and wobble

Center console is very loose.. Is the only thing that keeps it tight is that nut under the rubber mat under the hvac controls? my plastic is all broken around it and it has nothing there to keep it tight i dont think a big washer would do anything, anyone fixed this problem?

I used a fender washer , as the whole bottom where the screw held it had broken out. Those and the metal bracket at the back are all you have unfortunately. The next option is a used replacement. That will be a roll of the dice as to if it is any better.
