Hey guys, I just bought a 04 Crew w/25000 miles. I have to say the more I drive it the more I like it. Anyway, I planned on changing the oil (Mobil 1), oil filter (PF52), coolant (green), and Radiator cap. Should I change the plugs, wires, fuel filter, cap, & rotor? Is there anything I can do about the fan clutch roar?

At 25k miles your CC is still new so I don't think you need to change the cap, rotor, plugs, or plug wires, but changing the fuel filter would be a good idea.
You could "upgrade" the plug wires with a performance set from MSD or Taylor.
The stock thermal fan clutch on these trucks are noisy when they lock up and there is nothing you can do about that unless you want to upgrade to electric fans.
There are plenty of performance upgrades available for these trucks when you ready to spend some money.
