Inner fender rubber skirt thingy doo - Gap Guards

Post by quickbiker »

What is the official name for it? And were can I get some? I guess when I know the official name, I can properly search for it. Or some universal type may do fine. I want something in there before I start spraying the salt on my engine in the winter. :?

Are you talking about these?

If so, i sell them both for body lifted and non-body lifted S-series. I sell them for $29.95 + $7.48 shipping.

The GM skirts are very brittle, since they're basically fiberglass impregnated tar paper. The ones i sell are made of a rubber/plastic composite and are much more flexible (aka don't tear when you're changing plugs).

I'll try the dealer, but I'll be in  if it's only $7.

No Thank you for reminding me I had to replace them on both my S-10s. Seems like they break every couple of years.

Maybe the ones from the dealer are better? Which ones do you get?
