Blazer 1996 Model, V-6 vortec, cooling coil micro filter

Hi Guys

Can anyone help me in telling where is the micro filter for the cooling coil in my subject truck. I think it is blocked thats why the fan blow in side the cabin is very low.
Any help with pics will be highly appreciated

No filter in our HVAC air system.

The fullsize didn't get them either until 2000.
