Aiming windshield washer spray?

Post by barch97 »

Somehow the squirter thing on the driver's side of my truck has become misaligned with the portion of the windshield I most frequently need squirted. It now squirts up and over the windshield onto the roof. And, while I appreciate the bright shiny clean spot on my roof, it is becoming increasingly difficult to see through the windshield during these days of snow, ice and calcium chloride covered roads.

I am tempted to go ahead and reaim it the same way I fixed my rubbing issue...

but, I'm guessing there's a less invasive way and if anyone knows how to do it I'm sure they're a member here. Thanks in advance for any tips, pointers, advice, comments, suggestions, etc.

you might try putting a small drill bit or pin into the nozzle tip and moving it up,down or the side....depending on the aim!!!! this has worked for me with GM vehicles and some foreign ones!!!
