Hello All new to the forum. Got a 2002 ZR5 here in ORlando, FL with some mods to come.
Right now though i'm fixing the little stock things.
There is a weatherstrip seal that runs along the top of the doors from the very corner of the door all the way to the back of of the crew cab.
Mine has ripped on the passenger side and leaks when it rains if I don't close the door right.
I know this was probably covered somewhere but i'm new to the forum and truck so cut me some slack please.
Name of Weatherseal That runs along the top of the doors.

Re: Name of Weatherseal That runs along the top of the doors
First off welcome to the forum.
Now my truck has the exact same problem but mines on the driver side it looks to me like the door Bushing went bad and alowed the upper corner of the door to his the rubber and cut it.
Now the only place I know to get them other than a dealership(if they even have them) is LMC trucks. Here's a link to the page you need

Thats it Thanks.
Mine was my moms truck when it first happened, but what you're saying seems about right, that door seems to push more into the seal then that others.
Thanks again

If your door still hits it I would put door pins and bushings in first or you may destroy your new one.
