Temporarily removed my roof basket that had the 6 lights, spare, H-Lift and shovel mounted to it to give her a well deserved break from her toils.

4 nice new studded snowtires, Cooper Weathermaster ST/2's. Sort of a pre-Christmas gift since the previous ones (7 years old) had one tire sidewall dry
rot failure and one blowout at highway speeds on another a couple weeks later,

So I have kind of a dumb question about your flares... Do the Bushwhacker flares allow the same extended clearance as the SKIDZ flares? (you know - cutting out sheet metal and all?) I'd like to be able to clear some bigger tires in the future, so I may invest in some to accommodate the MML since the SKIDZ flares are impossible to come by.

Thanks

No. While they do extend outward to cover the side, they actually reduce the size of the wheel opening a little since they mount inside the fender lip.
