Is it just me????

Post by Maximous »

is it just me or does everyone go offroading and get high centered around every corner, i got stuck last night, again, and my frame was on the ground, again, are my tires like digging me down, or is bottoming out a common problem among non lifted CC's my truck climbs like a devil, and always leaves me sitting high and dry, but with no go to show???

Maybe you need to pick better lines to drive.

The frames always hang really low on our trucks. It's the price we pay for having decent headroom in the cab. I would drag mine regularly when I was wheeling in AZ.

Get a highlift jack :)

I've used mine twice to pick my rear end up out of ruts and move it over a bit. Takes some effort and time, but it beats having to call someone if you're by yourself

Yep, I bottomed out once in the middle of no where, waited a few hours in 30º weather for a tow truck with a winch to pull me out! lol I think I could have made it further in if I had knobby tires.
