I picked up my CC a couple weeks ago and have already got the MOD Virus thanks to you guys and this site. I had my pick of a 04 Colorado CC or the 04 CC S-10 ZR5 now sitting in my driveway. I've been lurking and learning on this site for a about a month now and I can tell there is some great knowledge here. I look foreward to chatting and helping out around here if I can.

Mods and money, yep, yep

I was fooling around with the S-10Forum.com garage area and it adds up your mods ( I was VERY) conservative in the dollar amounts. Scared the begeesus out me

A couple of reasons, first, the engine. I want to see how reliable this engine proves to be. C'mon let's face it Chevy dropped the ball on this one, a optional small V8 should be in this trucks lineup. Second, the interior is pretty cheap looking IMHO. When Chevrolet does an interior upgrade in a year or two I may decide to swap. I think they (GM) does this on purpose to have something to upgrade to. Plus I've been driving S-10's for the last 12 years and have had great sucess. I owned a '89 S-15 with the 2.5L 4 cylinder, sold it when it had 212k on the O.D. The guy I sold it to says it has close to 400k on it now. My 95 S-10 (For Sale) has 195k 0n the O.D. My 98 Blazer ZR2 has 105k on it. But I'm not a fanantic.....

maybe in a few years GM will bring the S-10 back like they have done with many other models after several years out of production and the All new s-10 will be bigger and badder then any midsized on the road(wishful thinkin I guess)
