Wheel Bearing Grease.

I have a borrowed trailer that I may have to pull over 80 miles later on today. The trailer's owner is not known for doing preventative maintenance. I looked at the bearings and they are not dried out but, I was wandering if I can use the high temp grease that I lube my CC with
