I'm keeping that issue :D
That is a pretty cool rig. There is a thread on it here somewhere from it's term in the SEMA tour.

It is currently for sale on Ebay, last that I saw.

I don't know that the 2.5" SL is the right choice, but the 6" SL was not done at that time.

Some neat ideas, that front bumper looks similar to what I did with my safari bar to protect my front winch , when mounted :D

make it, that seems to be the way to go lately, im trying to send my brother and my dad some pics of that bumper from http://www.aedofab.com/prod_chevy/set.htm the ARB look a like, i know that bumper can be built for less than 830 bucks unpainted, not mounted, and not even painted, if he can biuld it for even around 500 i will be buying it from him, they are very good looking but im not paying 1000 bucks for a dang bumper

I bought the steel and tubeing to do a arb style bumper and have to finish the tubeular brush gaurd part. I have about 250 in materials. But I might have enough left over to build another. I went to day and bought some more tubeing after I saw the bumper/ winch mount on that truck in this post. I really want one more like that. So I might sale the arb style one. The only thing that worries me is legality issues. I was talking that over with my friend cause I was thinking of building a few bumpers and saleing them to help finance some mods I want to do to my zr5. But the whole liability thing kinda scares me. Anyhow when I get them done Ill post some pics but it will be a cpl of weeks for I want to get them powder coated also.

Has anyone seen/got a better pic of that hood? Is that just an add-on scoop or is it a fiberglass hood with functional scoop?
